【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后出血原因及对策。方法对1414例行TURP的良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者给予综合防治法对术后出血进行防治和早期干预,观察患者手术时间、出血情况,分析出血原因及对策和预后。结果 1414患者术后出血严重仅37例,经积极处理后恢复均可。结论对行TURP的BPH患者给予综合防治法对术后出血进行防治和早期干预,是目前安全可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the reason and countermeasure of the bleeding after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods 1414 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) who took the theapy of TURP were treated with prevention and early intervention. To observe the operation time and bleeding, and to analyze the causes of bleeding,strategies and prognosis. Results Severe bleeding happened in 37 cases and recovered by active treatments. Conclusion It is a safe and reliable method that the TURP of the BPH patients were treated with integrated control method and intervened at early stage.更多还原
