【摘要】 采用耐氯固色剂NL-52对锦氨纶泳衣织物进行固色整理,探讨了整理工艺对织物耐氯色牢度的影响。结果表明,NL-52的优化固色工艺为:NL-52质量浓度10 g/L,150~160℃定形30~60 s。经NL-52整理织物的耐氯水色牢度可达到4级以上,且耐洗性好,对织物的色光和手感影响较小,具有较广泛的适用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Color fixing of polyamide/polyurethane swimsuit is carried out with chlorine-resistant fixing agent NL-52. The effect of finishing process on color fastness to chlorination of fabric is discussed.The optimum process is chlorine-resistant fixing agent NL-52 10 g/L, setting at 150 ~ 160 ℃ for 30 ~ 60 s. Fixing agent NL-52 can improve color fastness to chlorinated water of fabric to Grade 4 with good washability, and has little influence on the handle and shade of the dyeings.更多还原
