称量滴定法分析硫酸根含量

【摘要】 依据茜素红容量法滴定硫酸根的原理,采用称量滴定法分析硫酸根含量,考察了滴定速度、指示剂浓度、醇含量、p H对实验结果的影响。在确定了基本滴定条件后对实验方法的准确度、精密度以及加标回收进行了测定。消除了共存离子(Na+、NH+、K+、Mg2+、Li+、Ca2+、CO2-3、B4O2-7)存在时对硫酸根含量分析结果的影响。当测定硫酸根含量在19~103 mg范围内,均可使分析精度为±0.3%。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of alizarin red S titration sulfate with volumetric method,the weighing titration analysis method of sulfate radical content was established. The influences of titration speed,indicator concentration,alcohol content,and p H on the results of the experiment were investigated. Accuracy,precision and standard addition recovery of this method were determined after the basic titration conditions. And the effects of the coexistence ions including Na+,NH+4,K+,Mg2 +,Li+,Ca2 +,CO2-3,B4O2-7were eliminated. When the determination of sulfate radical content within 19 ~ 103 mg,the analysis accuracy are less than ± 0. 3%.
