极微弱准直流电流信号测量电路的设计
Circuit Design of Ultra-small DC Signals
【摘要】 针对极微弱准直流电流信号检测中的噪声和零点漂移问题,采用理论分析和数值计算的方法设计了一款检测电路,包括前置放大器、主放大器和滤波电路。试验表明,该电路具有较低的噪声、较高的灵敏度、较宽的量程和较低的零点漂移量,能够满足实际测量要求。实验结果与理论分析和数值模拟相吻合,可以为极微弱直流电流信号测量技术领域的研究工作提供参考。
【Abstract】 In allusion to the problems of noise and zero drift existing in the ultra-small DC signals measurement,using theoretical analysis and numerical calculations,this subject designed a circuit consisting of a preamplifier,a main amplifier and a filter. Experiment results show that this circuit has lower noise level,higher sensitivity,wider range and lower zero fluctuate,which can meet the actual measurement requirements. The results coincide with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,which can provide reference for research of ultra- small DC signals measurement.
