【Abstract】 To adjust and optimize the higher education structure reasonably is the premise to propel the higher education to have scientific and sustainable development. Though great achievements have been made in all courses of Henan higher education in recent years, problems still exist such as structural unreasonableness in scale level, disproportion in areal distribution, and so on.
