从失效汽车催化剂中回收稀土元素新工艺研究

【摘要】 为了从失效汽车催化剂中回收稀土元素,进行了稀土元素浸出以及从浸出液中回收稀土元素的多种方法比较实验研究。结果表明,采用稀硫酸或稀盐酸进行稀土元素浸出,铈、镧浸出率最高约50%,而采用浓硫酸熟化浸出稀土元素,铈、镧浸出率大于85%。从浸出液中回收稀土元素实验表明,采用硫酸钠复盐沉淀,其沉淀率大于95%。通过研究开发出了从失效汽车催化剂中回收稀土元素硫酸熟化浸出-复盐沉淀的新工艺,采用该工艺技术稀土元素回收率大于90%。

【Abstract】 In order to recover rare earth elements from used automobile catalysts,different methods were investigated regarding to leaching rare earth and recycling them from the leaching solution. The results show that leaching rate for Ce and La reached up to 50% by using dilute sulphuric acid or dilute hydrochloric acid and exceeded 85% with concentrated sulfuric acid. About 95% of rare earth can be obtained by using sodium sulfate as precipitant. Rare earth recovery exceeded 90% by using the new developed technology.
