【Abstract】 Short Message Service Platform can send text message in bulk, its port connected to Internet is provided by China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom. The paper introduces the system structure of SMS platform. Emphasis is placed on the discussion of key technology, such as Web Service and MSMQ.
