侵彻混凝土类目标过载数据的处理原则研究
Investigation on Penetration Deceleration Signal Processing Method for Penetrating Targets of Concrete- like Materials
【摘要】 针对目前尚无统一、有效的侵彻过载数据处理方法这一问题,基于侵彻过载信号特征,提出处理过载信号时滤波截止频率的选择原则。该原则即按10/T(T为侵彻过载的持续时间,单位为s)计算得到的频率,并结合实测过载的频谱分析结果,确定滤波截止频率获取弹体的刚体侵彻过载。按照此原则处理实测过载数据,所得刚体过载的一次积分或二次积分分别与实测的撞击速度和侵彻深度保持了较好的一致性,相对误差小于10%,验证了该原则的有效性。
【Abstract】 Until now,there is no standard and effective processing method for the penetration deceleration data. Based on the analysis of the characteristic of the deceleration signal during the projectile penetration into targets of concrete- like materials,the selection principle of the cut- off frequency is put forward.This principle is combining the cut- off frequency of 10 / T( where T is the duration of penetration deceleration,with the unit of s) with the spectrum analysis results of the measured deceleration data,to determine the cut- off frequency of the digital low- pass filter used for extracting rigid- body deceleration.According to the above principle,the penetration deceleration data are processed and the rigid- body deceleration data are obtained. The single or double integration of rigid- body deceleration is consistent with the measured penetrating velocity or penetration depth and the relative error is less than 10%.
