【摘要】 特殊教育学校在办学过程中除了要充分利用国家财政性拨款以外,还应积极吸纳社会资金,建立多元的社会资助体系。特殊教育学校对经费的特殊需求以及当前特殊教育学校经费来源体系的缺陷对社会资助体系的建立提出了要求。建立社会资助体系的前提是要内外兼修,既要用足用好相关政策,又要塑造良好的学校形象。在操作层面应提倡项目化运作,并加强相关制度建设。社会资助的内容多样,应积极开发其在教育、康复以及职业训练设备设施、扶贫助弱以及奖教奖学等方面的潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Special education schools should not only make full use of government financial allocations but also establish multiple social support system to absorb social funds actively for running school. There are some requirements to build a social support system for the special education schools because the schools have specific funding demands and the current special education school funding system is not without shortcomings. The premise of establishing social support system for special education schools,on one hand,is to take full advantage of relative policies internally and on the other hand,shape a good image of schools externally. In practice,it is advocated operating by project and strengthening institutional construction of social support system. There is great point bringing social support potentialities into full play for its various content,such as facilities and equipments of education,rehabilitation,and vocational training; poverty alleviation,helping the weak; award and scholarship for teachers and students,etc.更多还原
