【摘要】 目的探讨肺结核咯血患者焦虑状况。方法应用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS),于2012年1月~2014年12月对本院收治的96例肺结核咯血患者进行调查,了解肺结核咯血患者与常模、初次咯血与再次咯血、咯血量﹤500 m L/d与咯血量>500 m L/d患者焦虑评分情况。结果肺结核咯血患者焦虑评分明显高于常模,初次咯血患者焦虑总分明显高于再次咯血患者,咯血量﹥500 m L/d患者焦虑总分明显高于咯血量﹤500 m L/d,组间比较,均P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义。结论肺结核咯血患者焦虑程度明显升高,其中初次咯血患者、咯血>500 m L/d患者焦虑程度明显升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the anxiety in the patients with tuberculosis hemoptysis. Methods The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) proposed by Zung from January 2012 to December 2014 was used to investigate anxiety status in 96 patients with tuberculosis hemoptysis in our hospital. The anxiety scores by SAS were compared between tuberculosis hemoptysis patients and the norm, between the patients with initial hemoptysis and those with re-hemoptysis, between the patients with hemoptysis volume < 500 m L / d and those with hemoptysis volume > 500 m L / d. Result The anxiety scores of tuberculosis patients was significantly higher than the norm, the anxiety score of patients with the initial hemoptysis was significantly higher than that of re- hemoptysis patients( P < 0. 01), the score of the patients with hemoptysis volume > 500 m L / d was significantly higher than that of the patients with the volume < 500 m L / d(P < 0.001). Conclusions The anxiety levels in the patients with tuberculosis hemoptysis, the patients with initial hemoptysis and the patients with hemoptysis volume > 500 m L / d are significantly increased. Attention should be paid to the anxiety in tuberculosis hemoptysis patients. The effective nursing interventions is helpful for the improvement of their negative emotions and prognoses.更多还原
