【摘要】 运用文献资料与逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国排球新中国成立以来各阶段发展战略规划的定位进行回顾与反思。在此基础上,提出未来我国排球发展战略的指导思想、目标和技战术风格的构想。坚持排球社会化改革发展方向,稳步提升我国排球的整体水平;以国家队建设、职业联赛发展、人才培养作为主要突破口,逐步达到晋级世界排球强国的战略目标;建立适合时代发展和我国自身特点的技战术风格体系,我国排球技战术风格应定位为"全面、快速、多变"。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development strategies for the competitive sports in China since 1949 were analyzed through literature study and logical analysis.In the future,it is crucial that the competitive volleyball should go to the market.The construction of the national volleyball team,the development of the volleyball league and the development of the players are equally important.The training of the skills should be comprehensive,fast and varied.Moreover,it should fit for the needs of the Chinese players and help the Chinese volleyball to become world level.更多还原
