【摘要】 目的分析围手术期护理在甲状腺癌中的护理效果。方法选取我院2013年4月~2014年4月收治的甲状腺癌患者30例为研究对象,对患者进行围手术期护理,观察护理效果。结果 30例患者中有2例患者出现切口渗血,1例出现手脚麻木,经及时处理后缓解消除,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论甲状腺癌患者应用围手术期护理,有助于提高护理满意度,缩短患者恢复时间,减少并发症的发生率,提高患者生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the nursing effect of perioperative nursing in thyroid carcinoma. Methods 30 cases of thyroid cancer in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the research object,the patients were treated with perioperative nursing,and the nursing effect was observed. Results In 30 patients,there were 2 cases of patients with wound bleeding,1 cases of numbness in the hands and feet,and the relief after treatment,all patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for patients with thyroid cancer can improve nursing satisfaction,shorten the recovery time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life.更多还原
