【摘要】 目的研究分析糖尿病患者接受不同胰岛素给药方案的临床治疗情况,为临床治疗糖尿病患者提供可靠的依据。方法根据2012年7月~2014年12月我院的80例糖尿病患者来进行研究分析,对全部患者使用了胰岛素治疗。将患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组使用小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注和皮下注射治疗,研究组患者使用胰岛素泵皮下注射治疗,对两组患者的临床生化指标结果变化情况进行对比分析。结果对照组和研究组患者的血糖下降情况对比没有统计学差异性(P>0.05)。研究组比对照组的生化指标改善更加显著,结果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受不同胰岛素给药方案对其病情改善情况较好,胰岛素泵皮下注射的给药方式便利,高效,对患者生化指标改善效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the clinical treatment of diabetic patients with different insulin regimens,and to provide reliable basis for clinical treatment of diabetic patients. Methods From July 2012 to December 2014,80 patients with diabetes in our hospital were analyzed,and all patients were treated with insulin. the patients were divided into control group and study group,the control group was treated with low-dose insulin infusion and subcutaneous injection,the study group were treated with insulin pump,the change of clinical biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose(P > 0.05)between the control group and the study group,the study group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients with different insulin regimens to improve the condition of their condition,insulin pump subcutaneous injection of drug delivery method is convenient,efficient and effective in patients with biochemical indicators improved.更多还原
