【摘要】 目的分析产褥期湿疹患者的护理措施和护理效果。方法收集我院2012年5月~2014年7月期间诊治的56例产褥期湿疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(28例)与对照组(28例),对照组患者采用常规护理管理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理、环境护理、皮肤护理、外阴护理、血管护理、饮食控制等综合护理干预,观察患者的护理效果。结果研究结果显示,试验组患者满意度评分为(97.63±2.36)分,对照组患者满意度评分为(81.53±11.74)分。结论对产褥期湿疹患者实施心理护理、环境护理、皮肤护理、外阴护理、血管护理、饮食控制等综合护理干预具有良好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze nursing measures and nursing effect of puerperal eczema patients. Methods We collected 56 patients with eczema in the research object from May 2012 to July 2014,and randomly divided into experimental group(28 cases)and control group(28 cases)and control group were treated by routine nursing management,the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing implementation of psychological care,environmental care,skin care,care of the vulva,blood vessels,nursing,diet control and so on comprehensive nursing intervention,effect of patients nursing were analyzed. Results The results showed that experimental group patients on average,patients for patient satisfaction score were(97.63±2.36),and(81.53±11.74)for the control group patients’ satisfaction score points. Conclusion Psychological nursing in patients with eczema,environmental care,skin care,care of the vulva,blood vessels,nursing,diet control and so on comprehensive nursing intervention has good clinical effect.更多还原
