【摘要】 目的通过观察胸腰椎骨折患者使用后路钉棒系统内固定治疗的结果,对其疗效进行探讨分析。方法根据我院接收的100例胸腰椎骨折患者来进行研究分析,采取后路钉棒系统内固定治疗,对患者的临床疗效进行统计和分析。结果 100例患者平均手术时长为120 min左右,出血量约400 ml,术后恢复较好,未有患者出现断钉断棒以及感染等情况。结论后路钉棒系统内固定胸腰椎骨折,患者的出血量少,术后恢复时间短,临床创伤小,因此患者接受度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of posterior screw rod system fixation the patients with thoracolumbar fractures. Methods According to the 100 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis,take the posterior screw rod internal fixation system for the treatment,to analyze the clinical outcomes of patients. Results 100 cases of patients with the average operation time was 120 minutes,bleeding volume of about 400 ml,good postoperative recovery,no patients had screw breakage and infection situation.
