【摘要】 目的:探讨奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗胃肠癌的护理方法。方法:对72例中晚期胃肠癌患者采用奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨进行治疗,并适时的采取各项护理措施。结果 :本组患者加强了在化疗这一特殊阶段的护理,使药物发挥最好的治疗效果,毒副反应下降至最低,使患者顺利地度过了化疗期,延长了寿命,提高了生存质量。结论 :奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗胃肠癌,在这一阶段的精心护理是保证患者顺利度过化疗期的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing methods of oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine for the treatment of card of gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: 72 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer in with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine for treatment,and timely take the nursing measures. Results: the patients to strengthen the nursing in this special period of chemotherapy drugs,the best therapeutic effect,adverse reaction decreased to a minimum,so that patients smoothly passed the period of chemotherapy,prolongs the service life,improve the quality of life. Conclusion: oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine in the treatment ofgastrointestinal cancer,intensive care at this stage is the key to ensure thesmoothly through the period of chemotherapy patients.更多还原
