【摘要】 论述B2C电子商务企业的物流模式,总结电商企业选择物流模式的影响因素,并以京东、天猫为例运用假设验证方法分析了企业物流配送模式选择问题。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduced the logistics modes of the B2 C e-commerce enterprises, summarized the factors influencing their selection of logistics modes and then in the case of JD and Tmall, verified the conclusions reached in this paper.
