【Abstract】 In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the current quality and safety status of the agricultural produce in China, we illustrated the inadequacy of the quality and safety regulation of the available supply chain modes, then innovated the operational modes and mechanisms of the agricultural produce supply chains, and then from the supply chain perspective, proposed the measures to manage the quality and safety of the agricultural produce and innovate the agricultural produce supply chain management practice.更多还原
