除尘灰配矿烧结性能研究

【摘要】 武钢烧结厂生产过程中产生的粉尘经回收处理得到的除尘灰和除尘精矿品位较低,Fe O、Si O2和有害杂质的含量较高。在基准配矿条件下,分别用2%、4%、6%、8%的除尘灰取代混匀粉进行烧结试验,结果表明,除尘灰取代混匀粉时,烧结过程各项指标均变好。用6%除尘精矿、除尘灰分别取代混匀粉时,配除尘精矿的烧结速度和利用系数较差,但成品率和转鼓强度稍好。

【Abstract】 The iron grade of the recycling dust and dust concentrate from sintering process in WISCO was low. The content of Fe O,Si O2 and harmful impurity in them were high. Under benchmark ore matching conditions,the sintering experiment with dust 2 %,4 %,6 %,8 %,instead of blended powder was carried out. The results showed that the indicators of sintering process got better when the dust was used instead of blended powder. When the 6 % dust concentration and dust powder were solely blended,the sintering speed and utilization coefficient with dust concentration were poorer,but the yield and drum strength were slightly better.
