外加ZTA颗粒增强高锰钢表层复合材料的界面研究
Interfacial Bonding Behavior of Adding ZTA Particles Reinforced High Manganese Steel Surface Composites
【摘要】 采用粉末冶金与铸造烧结技术相结合,以铁粉、镍粉、高碳锰铁粉、ZTA颗粒等为原料,制备了ZTA颗粒增强高锰钢表层复合材料。采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的微观组织进行分析。结果表明,表面复合层基体组织明显优于高锰钢,热处理工艺使表面复合层与陶瓷颗粒结合处发生了界面反应,元素分布发生了改变,表面复合层基体与高锰钢结合良好。
【Abstract】 Using iron powder,nickel powder,high carbon ferromanganese powder,ZTA particles as raw materials,ZTA particles reinforced high manganese steel surface composites were prepared by powder metallurgy technology combined with casting sintering technology.Microstructure of the composites prepared was observed by metallurgical microscope and SEM(scanning electron microscopy).The results reveal that the microstructure of composite surface layers is obviously superior to that of high manganese steel,and interface reaction is conducted in the interface of composite surface layers and ZTA particles,and element distribution is changed after heat treatment.The bonding of surface composites matrix and high manganese steel exhibits desirable.
