【摘要】 目的探讨孕早期血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen)、癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)在孕妇子痫前期早期诊断中的意义。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,选取我院2009年7月-2013年12月40例子痫前期孕者(孕12周)为病例组,正常孕者40例(孕12周)为对照组。检测血清IL-1β、纤维蛋白原、癌胚抗原。结果子痫前期孕妇血清IL-1β显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕早期血清IL-1β有助于子痫前期的早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the predictive value of interleukin-1 beta( IL-1β),fibrinogen,and carcinoembryonic antigen for early diagnosis of pre-eclampsia( PE). Methods: Serum concentrations of IL-1β,fibrinogen,and carcinoembryonic antigen( CEA) in PE cases and 40 controls were analysed using ELISA. Results: Serum levels of IL-1β,fibrinogen,and CEA were elevated in patients with PE compared to the control,however,serum levels of IL-1β alone were significantly higher than those of the control( P < 0. 05).
