【摘要】 侧柏(Platycladus orientalis(L.)Franco)是我国广泛栽培的绿化和观赏等多用途树种,栽培历史悠久。然而,侧柏人工林天然更新仍然存在这样和那样的问题。在幼苗、幼树稀少的立地条件下,侧柏种子萌发是否是侧柏更新的关键至今依然不很清楚。我们应用温室试验、林地播种和自然萌发调查的方法,进行了林地内侧柏种子集中萌发的研究,结果表明侧柏林地内新生种子萌发力较强,而多年混合种子发芽率不高;整地、修路、林地疏伐等人为活动以及径流堆积等改变了林地种子库的空间格局,以至于使大量种子在环境条件优异的局部地块集中萌发;这些地块中促进种子萌发的最重要的因素是降水和土壤水分的有效性,其次是适度的光照条件。侧柏种子萌发和幼苗保存需要适宜的优化环境,在此环境中,种子萌发集中且迅速,幼苗存活和保存率高以至于呈现侧柏集群簇生的状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Platycladus orientalis is an ornamental and multi-utilized tree species with a long history of cultivation.However,the regeneration of Platycladus orientalis plantation is also a problem in its cultivation.It is not clear whether seed germination is the key of their regeneration or not.Therefore,we have studied the seed germination and seedling conservation in the stand of Platycladus orientalis by using the approaches of seed germination test in lab and within stand as well as the seedling investigation in the stands.The result indicates that the new seeds appear high ability of germination,and low germination ability of the mixed seeds of past years in the stands.The artificial action of site preparation,road construction,forest thinning as well as the alluviation by runoff change the spatial distribution of seed bank of the stands and make the intensive germination of seed in the spurious local environment.In these environments,the most confined factor of seed germination in the area is water supply from precipitation and soil,and the secondary limitation factor is the light condition.The seed germination and seedling conservation of Platycladus orientalis showed characteristics of optimum environment requirement.更多还原
