【摘要】 以石油醚-乙酸乙酯为洗脱剂,从莪术油中分离天然活性成分吉马酮,采用硅胶色谱柱进行粗分,然后以甲醇-水为流动相,通过半制备液相制备得到高纯度吉马酮,13C NMR、1H NMR进行结构确认;可以成功制备得到吉马酮,纯度约为99.0%。结果表明该法可从莪术油中分离得到高纯度的吉马酮,得率高,有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zedoary oil was separated by silica gel column chromatography using petroleum ether-ethyl acetate as elution agent,and then high purity germacrone was obtained through semi-liquid chromatography using methanol-water as mobile phases,its structure was elucidated by1 H NMR and13 C NMR. As a result,germacrone was successfully obtained with the purity of about 99. 0%. The results showed that this method can get germacrone with high purity and rate.更多还原
