温度与pH对方形网纹溞生长及生殖的影响
Effects of temperature and p H on the growth and production of Ceriodaphnia quadrangula
【摘要】 为了研究环境对方形网纹溞(Ceriodaphnia.quadrangula)生长的影响,采用不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)和不同酸碱度(p H值分别为6、7、8、9、10)培养方形网纹溞,测定其内禀增长率(rm)、周限增长率(λ)、平均世代周期(T)、净生殖率(R0)、平均寿命、第1怀卵日、平均生殖间隔期和总生殖量等生长和生殖指标.结果表明:温度对方形网纹溞的生命参数有显著影响,30℃处理组中,群体的rm和λ均显著高于其他组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),但个体的平均寿命、第1怀卵日和平均生殖间隔期低于其他组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);25℃处理组中,个体的平均寿命和总生殖量、群体的R0均高于其他处理组.方形网纹溞的pH生存范围较宽,pH 6~pH 10范围内均可生长,pH 6组个体的总生殖量、群体的rm、λ和R0都显著高于其他组,但网纹溞在弱碱性环境下(pH 8)寿命最长.
【Abstract】 To research the influence of environment on Ceriodaphnias quadrangula,the growth and production of C.quadrangula was studied at different temperatures(15,20,25,30 ℃)under different p H values(6,7,8,9,10). The growth and prodution indexes of C. quadrangula were measured,including the intrinsic rate of increase(rm),finite rate of increase(λ),mean generation time(T),net reproduction rate(R0),mean lifespan,age at first brood,mean interval between clutch and fecundity. The results showed that temperature was an important factor for the growth and production of C. quadrangula. The rm and λ at 30 ℃ were significantly higher than those in other groups,and the difference had statistic significance(p <0.05).While the mean lifespan,age at first brood and interval between clutch and fecundity were lower than other groups. The individual life expectancy,the total reproductive and net reproduction rate at 25 ℃ were significantly higher than those in other groups. C. quadrangula can survive in the wide range of p H,which can live in the scope of p H6-p H10.When C.quadrangula was reared at p H 6,rm,λ and R0 were significantly higher than those of other groups,but the C. quadrangula under the environment of weak alkaline(p H8)had the longest life apan.
