青年健康志愿者交通主干道短期暴露前后其心率变异性的改变

【摘要】 目的观察青年健康志愿者短期暴露交通主干道前后,心率变异性的改变。方法健康志愿者16名,男女各半。动态连续监测每个研究对象在一天之中暴露交通主干道的污染物浓度及心率变异性。结果 PM10、NO2、CO浓度在交通主干道的暴露时段显著高于暴露前及暴露后清洁环境的两个时段。心率变异性中r MSSD、LF、HF暴露时段均高于暴露前后两个时段的水平;SDNN在暴露时段高于暴露后时段的水平。结论受自主神经支配的HRV指标(r MSSD,LF,HF)在主干道暴露时段水平的升高,提示该指标在短期暴露效应上是敏感的。

【Abstract】 Objective The study was to observe the change of Heart variability after Short-Term Exposure to the traffic trunk road in Healthy Human Volunteers. Method A total of 16 health human volunteers underwent this study. Continuous measurements of personal exposure to PM10,NO2 and CO and ambulatory electrocardiogram( ECG) monitoring were conducted on each subject on three experimental phases which are before,during and after exposure to the traffic trunk road. Result The concentration of PM10,CO and NO2 on traffic road is significant higher than clean environment. LF,HF and r MSSD in the second stage is significant higher than the first and the third stage. SDNN in the second stage is significant higher than the third stage.Conclusion r MSSD,LF,HF of HRV are increased when expose to traffic trunk road indicate that they are sensitive as indicator.
