【摘要】 面向当前开放实验室管理存在的问题,如对学生需求模糊和实验室设备与资源以及人员管理粗放等问题,论文提出通过将二维码配置到每台具体实验设备,学生和教师使用智能移动终端通过新媒体,对实验资源进行预约和签到的精细化实验资源管理机制,合理配置实验设备资源。提出了及时对信息收集和发布的新的开放实验室管理机制,提高开放实验室管理的精细化水平和高效利用实验室空间、设备以及支持实验的能源、网络等辅助资源的管理。设计了实验室预约和签到的学生信誉机制,设备信息实时采集机制。设计了基于智能移动终端的二维码签到与设备管理系统,提高了实验室管理精细化水平和开放水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposes a new user check-in mechanism based QR code and a new reservation mechanism based on new media. The new mechanisms will improve the management level and utilization of space,devices and supporting resources of open labs. This paper defines a user credit updating rule and a per-device check-in method. A real-time device usage information collection method and related lab opening system are developed to support the new mechanisms.更多还原
