【摘要】 随着高校规模的扩大以及科研任务的增加,高校师生对实验室的需求也与日俱增,仅仅依靠国家财政和学校拨款已经难以满足这一需求。通过校企共建,既满足高校对实验室的需求,解决高校对实验室投资不足以及实验室高成本运行等问题,又满足企业对先进仪器设备和最新研究成果的需求,实现校企双方资源共享、优势互补。通过对现有实验室共建模式进行分析的基础上,提出了一种面向需求的校企共建共管实验室模式,该模式必须建立在双方共同利益的基础上,坚持项目导向,激励高校与企业取长补短,建立长期友好互利的合作关系,进而有助于实验室使用的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increase of the expansion of universities and scientific research tasks,the demand for lab is growing. Relying on just national finance and school funding has been difficult to meet this need. Co-construction pattern of laboratory for university and enterprise will satisfy the demand,solve the problems such as inadequate investment and operation at high cost in the laboratory,and can meet the enterprise demand for advanced instruments and equipment and the latest research results,and is conducive to the resource sharing and complementary advantages.Based on the analysis of the laboratory project model,this paper puts forward a laboratory model based on facing demand. The new pattern requires university and enterprise to construct and manage the laboratory jointly,and holds a project-oriented principle. The pattern will encourage the two parties to make full use of the resource of the other cooperator and keep a long-term mutual benefit cooperative relationship,and help the efficiency of laboratory use.更多还原
