【摘要】 目的 探讨应用缝合神经的游离第1趾蹼皮瓣同时修复相邻2~3指近节皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 2007年7月-2012年6月,对12例相邻2~3指近节皮肤软组织缺损的患者,包括9例2指皮肤缺损,3例3指皮肤缺损,应用游离第1趾蹼皮瓣修复,术中携带(足母)趾腓侧、第2趾胫侧皮瓣以扩大修复面积,缝合携带神经修复皮瓣感觉;供区创面取全厚层皮片植皮,“三叶”(足母)皮瓣足底创面直接缝合。结果 本组皮瓣全部成活。术后随访6~12个月,皮瓣外形好,色泽相似,手功能恢复良好,感觉恢复至S2~S3。足部供区有瘢痕形成,创面色素沉着,行走功能无影响。结论 应用缝合神经的游离第1趾蹼皮瓣可同时修复相邻2~3指近节皮肤软组织缺损,且疗程短,供区较隐蔽,创伤小,降低患者痛苦,外形美观,并获得良好的感觉功能,临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of reconstruction using free first toe web flap to repair the proximal tissue defects of two or three adjacent fingers.Methods From July 2007 to June 2012,12 cases with the proximal tissue defects of adjacent fingers,including 9 cases with the defects of 2 fingers and 3cases with 3 fingers,were repaired by the free first toe web flap with fibular flap of the great toe and tibial flap of the second toe,the feeling of the flap were reconstructed by nerve anastomosis.The wound of foot were repaired by skin-grafting and thenar wound were sutured simply.Results All flaps survived in one stage.Patients were followed up from 6 months to 12 months.Appearance and function recovered and the feeling recovered from S3-S3.The foots were scarred and walked freely.Conclusion Repairation of the tissue defects of two or three adjacent fingers using the free first toe web flap could reconstruct better appearance,function and feeling.With the characteristics of short period of treatment and little damage,the clinical effects is satisfactory.更多还原
