文科大学生兴趣团队与创新能力培养
Interest Groups of College Students of Liberal Arts and the Cultivation of Their Innovative Ability
【摘要】 如何培养文科大学生创新能力是新时期大学教学深化改革的重大课题,以文科大学生社会调查研究方法必修课程为研究对象,系统研究大学生兴趣团队借助师生之间互动关系的转变,将课堂教学设计成一个过程,让大学生在过程中将接收科学理论、价值观念转化为外化行为方式。实践证明,兴趣团队是一种培养文科大学生创新能力的有效方法,强调以大学生兴趣为本、以兴趣组建团队以及通过团队内外的互动学习,不断强化大学生的创新意识,进而提升大学生的创新能力。
【Abstract】 How to cultivate the innovative ability of college students of liberal arts is a major task which involves deepening the current university teaching reform in the new period. Social Investigation Methodology, a compulsory course offered to college students of liberal arts, chosen as object of study, this paper makes a systematic study of interest groups that consist of college students of liberal arts. Result shows that with the change of the interactive relationship between students and teachers interest groups manage to design classroom teaching into a process in which students transform scientific theories and values from internalized acceptance into external behavior. Practice proves that establishing interest groups of college students is an effective way to cultivating the innovative ability of college students of liberal arts, which emphasizes student interests and requires that interest groups be established based on student interests and develop interactive study between members and non-members so as to keep strengthening students’ sense of innovation and thus improve their innovative ability.
