【摘要】 目的 通过在20家国家临床重点专科的检验科间开展蛋白与血脂检测结果的实验室间比对,探讨临床化学指标实验室间结果互认的可行性。方法 使用当前检测系统检测互认样品TP,ALB,TC和TG浓度,统计各实验室的检测结果,并比较使用校准品对各实验室结果进行公式校准前后的结果。根据校准前后百分差值、稳健Z比分数和医学决定水平处的偏倚评价互认可行性。结果 汇总检测数据,根据稳健Z比分数、校准前后百分差值、医学决定水平处的偏倚等指标反映检测结果。TG的百分差值变化大,可从-40%变化至30%;TC在3个浓度水平处均达到了适当允许偏倚的标准,TG主要满足最低的允许偏倚。结论 临床化学脂类指标在实验室间互认尚需完善检测系统标准化,才能保证实验室间互认的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possibility and reliability of mutual recognition of renal indexs among 20 clinical laboratories entitled with state key clinical laboratory,and to supply reference for future national mutual recognition of laboratory examination results.Methods Determined the concentrations of TP,ALB,TC,TG and Roche multiple calibrators and submitted the results.The results were analyzed for robust Z score,percentage difference after calibration,bias at medical decision level to observe the possibility and reliability.Results The bias of TG was out of the least allowable bias,thus they were not appropriate to mutual recognition.Conclusion It remains immature in the mutual recognition of lipids’ determinations and much work needs to be done in field of internal quality control of the laboratory.更多还原
