利用废旧陶瓷制作免烧道路砖的试验研究
Experiment Research of Using Waste Ceramic to Product Baking-free Brick
【摘要】 采用正交试验方法,研究了废瓷粉掺入量和颗粒级配对免烧道路砖的力学性能、吸水率、耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,废瓷粉的颗粒级配以级配1较好,即粒径2 000~500μm的占80%,500~300μm的占10%,300~75μm和<75μm的各占5%;废瓷粉的掺入量以40%为宜。
【Abstract】 Orthogonal experiment is used in researching the effect of ratio of waste ceramic and particle size distribution on the mechanical property, water absorption and wear resistance of baking-free brick.The results show that the better particle size distribution is gradation one with the 80% content of the particle size around 2 000 ~ 500 μm,10% content of the particle size of 500 ~ 300 μm,5% content of particle size around 300 ~ 75 μm and 5% content of particles size of small than 75 μm. The better mixing amount is 40%.
