硫化氢腐蚀产物氧化历程的研究

【摘要】 油品中的H2S与铁锈的反应产物自燃性很高。在一定温度下,模拟油品中H2S腐蚀产物的生成方式,利用SO2气体分析仪在线监测氧化尾气中SO2气体含量,分析氧化反应产物中单质S含量及硫酸根离子含量,研究了无氧条件下H2S气体与Fe2O3、Fe3O4和Fe(OH)3反应产物的氧化反应历程。结果表明,不同物质的H2S腐蚀产物的自燃性差异很大,其氧化反应历程也不同。Fe2O3、Fe3O4的H2S腐蚀产物在氧化初期以生成单质S为主;当氧化升温分别达到70℃和80℃左右时开始有SO2生成;随着氧化温度继续升高,更多腐蚀产物氧化生成Fe SO4。Fe(OH)3的H2S腐蚀产物自燃性差,氧化过程没有SO2生成。

【Abstract】 The spontaneous combustion of the product generated by H2 S and rust in the oil is very high. At a certain temperature,simulating the generating way of H2 S corrosion products in the oil,using SO2 gas analyzer to monitor the content of SO2 in oxidized tail gas online,analyzing the content of elemental S and sulfate in oxidation products,all to study the oxidation process of products formed by which H2 S gas reacts with Fe2O3,Fe3O4 and Fe( OH)3under the anaerobic condition. Results show that there is a big difference in spontaneous combustion of different H2 S corrosion products and the oxidation reaction process of them is also different. H2 S corrosion products of Fe2O3,Fe3O4 produce elemental S at the initial stage of oxidation;SO2generates when the oxidation temperature reached at about 70 ℃ and 80 ℃;As the oxidation temperature continues to rise,more corrosion products were oxidized to Fe SO4. Spontaneous combustion of H2 S corrosion product of Fe( OH)3is poor and no SO2 forms during oxidation process.
