改性埃洛石纳米管/聚丙烯纳米复合材料的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of Modified Halloysite Nanotubes / Polypropylene Composite
【摘要】 采用KH-550硅烷偶联剂对HNTs进行表面改性,通过溶液共混法制备出了m-HNTs/PP纳米复合材料,并对其流变性能、结晶行为、热稳定性能及力学性能进行了深入研究。流变结果表明:m-HNTs/PP纳米复合材料为熔体假塑性流体,且剪切黏度随HNTs质量分数的增加而逐渐增加。DSC结果表明:复合材料的结晶温度呈现先增加后减小的趋势,但都高于纯PP的结晶温度。力学性能测试和TGA结果表明:加入适当质量分数的m-HNTs明显提高了PP基体的力学强度和热稳定性。
【Abstract】 Silane coupling agent KH-550 was used to modify halloysite nanotubes( HNTs) and m-HNTs / polypropylene( m-HNTs/PP) nanocomposite were prepared by solution mixing method,and the crystallization,rheological,mechanical properties and thermal stability of the nanocomposite were investigated. The rheological results showed that m-HNTs / PP nanocomposite were pseudo-plastic fluid,and the complex viscosity of composite increased gradually with the increase of the content of HNTs. DSC results indicated that the crystallization temperature showed a tendency to increase and then decrease with increasing m-HNTs. Tensile testing,impact testing and TGA results indicated that mechanical strength and thermal stability were obviously enhanced with the addition of m-HNTs.
