瑜伽复合有氧操运动后机体发汗机制及效应
Effect of Yoga combined with Aerobic Exercise on Body Sweating Mechanism
【摘要】 采用实验法,比较瑜伽复合有氧操与单一有氧操、单一瑜伽运动后实验对象的前列腺素E2水平及身体成分。结果显示:2种不同类型的运动形式结合运动(瑜伽复合有氧操)产热多、发汗多的机制,可能与瑜伽复合有氧操运动后实验对象前列腺素E2的上升有关,且对减肥有一定的促进作用。
【Abstract】 This study aimed to find out the PGE2 level and body composition after taking yoga combined with aerobic exercise,or aerobic exercise only,or yoga exercise only. The results show that the exercise of yoga combined with aerobics produced more heat and sweat,which may be the effect of the increased level of PGE2 in blood,thus helping to reduce the body weight.
