【摘要】 在分析上海市校园足球活动开展现状的基础上,揭示存在的问题,如校内足球课程开设率低、课外足球活动开展不力、足球文化活动内容与方式陈旧、课余训练"精英化"倾向严重等。认为:开展校园足球活动,校本课程是基础,课外活动是核心,足球文化是保障,课余训练是示范,校际间竞赛是推手。建议:统一思想,提高认识水平;完善组织管理,建立以激励为导向的管理机制;立足学校实际,形成特色发展方式;加大投入力度,改善基础条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of status quo of campus football development in Shanghai, this paper explored the problems,including the lowopenness of school-based football curriculum, shortage of extracurricular football activities,outmoded content and forms of campus football culture and"elite"orientation of after-school training. It states that the campus football development should take school-based curriculum as its basis,extracurricular activity as its core,football culture as its atmosphere,after-school training as its model and inter-school competition as its pushing hands. It proposes that ideas be changed to improve the cognition; management organizations be completed to establish the impetus-oriented management mechanism.Besides,we should start from the practical conditions of school to form the development ways with features. Lastly, we should enhance investment to promote the basic conditions.更多还原
