【摘要】 根系是树木生长发育的基础。开展树木根系分布和结构研究,有利于探究根系与地下环境的相互联系,研究根系分布与生长之间的关系,了解生物地球化学循环中的碳素平衡与循环。文中简要综述了根系研究的历史,分析了树木根系研究的传统方法及其优缺点,介绍了根系无损检测的新方法和新手段。分析认为,根系分布与结构的相关研究方法在不断进步,但新技术和新手段仍存在局限性,还有待进一步改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Root system is the basis of tree growth and development. Research on tree root system distribution and structure is helpful to explore the relation between root system and underground environment,study the correlation of root system distribution and tree growth,and understand carbon balance and turnover in biogeochemical cycle. The paper reviewed the history of root system research,analyzed the classical methods for tree root system research and their merits and shortcomings,and introduced the new non-destructive methods and means. It was concluded that research methods for root system distribution and its structure has been improved,but the limitations of the new methods and new means cannot be ignored,which need further improvement.更多还原
