【摘要】 自动售货机应用广泛、功能性强,常被作为PLC教学的一个典型实例.为了满足教学需要,使抽象的PLC程序运行所见即所得,加深学生对PLC实际应用的认识,应用组态王软件在计算机上开发了PLC控制的虚拟自动售货机仿真平台.在此平台上不仅能够全真模拟商品的交易过程和缺货商品的补充,而且可以完成商品销量的统计.应用结果显示:此仿真系统具有商品交易和信息管理双重功能,对于实践教学和实际现场监控均有一定的实用价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 The vending machine is widely used with its powerful function, so it is often used as a typical example in PLC teaching. In order to meet the need of teaching, make the running result of the abstract PLC programs a control object of WYSIWYG, and improve students’ understanding of the practical application of PLC,a simulation platform of the virtual vending machine of PLC control was developed with the application of Kingview software on the computer, on this platform not only can the process of commodities exchange and the supplement of the shortage of goods be simulated, but also the statistics of the sales of goods is realized. The application results show, this simulate system has double function of the commodity transaction and the information management,it has certain practical value for practical teaching and actual field monitoring.更多还原
