水性带锈防腐涂料的制备

【摘要】 以环氧改性苯丙乳液为主体成膜物,复合有机酸为铁锈转化剂,研制了一种新型水性带锈防腐涂料。考察了成膜物质、铁锈转化剂、成膜助剂和消泡剂的用量对涂膜性能的影响。

【Abstract】 A new kind of waterborne anti-corrosion coatings with rust-converting was prapared by using epoxy modified styrene acrylic emulsion as main film former and composite organic acid as rust converting agent. The influences of amount of film former,rust converting agent,coalescent and defoaming agent on the film properties were investigated.
