基于GMR汽轮机危急遮断系统的可靠性评估
Reliability Evaluation Based on GMR in Turbine Emergency Trip System
【摘要】 介绍了GMR系统在汽轮机危急遮断系统中的应用,并根据IEC标准对系统的安全可靠性进行分析。GMR系统的信号输入、总线传输、决策、输出环节等均采用独立无耦合的三重化冗余结构,使基于GMR的汽轮机危急遮断系统的安全可靠性大幅提高,从而实现了更加准确、稳定的汽轮机自动化控制。
【Abstract】 The application of Genius Modular Redundancy(GMR)system in steam turbine emergency trip system is introduced,and the reliability and safety of this system are analyzed according to IEC standard.The inputs,buses,controllers and outputs are designed in a triple modular redundant structure to improve the system’s reliability and safety greatly,thus,the automation of the steam turbine becomes more accurate and stable.
