【摘要】 供应链管理在现代企业风险管理中占有重要地位,特别是一系列的CSR事件的发生让企业更加重视对供应链的管理。本文从理论角度分析了供应链整合方式对企业风险和经营绩效的影响,并依据乳制品行业上市公司数据,通过事件分析法实证供应链整合方式对企业绩效有着显著的影响。因此,企业应当重视对供应链整合方式的改进,减少CSR事件发生的可能,提高企业效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The supply chain management occupies an important position in the modern enterprise risk management. Particularly, the occurrence of a series of CSR incidents make enterprises pay more attention to manage supply chain. From the perspective of theory, this article analyses how the way of supply chain integration influences enterprises’ risk and business performance. Furthermore, according to the data from listed companies of the dairy industry, event-study approach is used to show that the way of supply chain integration has a significant impact on the firm performance. As a result, enterprises should attach more importance to improve the way of supply chain integration in order to reduce the possibility of the occurrence of CSR incidents and improve enterprise benefit.更多还原
