【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定利福喷丁自微乳中药物含量。方法色谱柱:Hypersil ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.0375 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(70:30)为流动相,流速1 m L/min;柱温25℃;检测波长254 nm。结果利福喷丁在0.008~0.08 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9993),方法学考察均符合要求。结论该方法简单、准确、重现性好,可用于利福喷丁自微乳的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an analytic method for determination of rifapentine in self-microemulsifying drug delivery system by HPLC. Methods The Hypersil ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted, with methanol-0.0375 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(70:30) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1 m L/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results This method showed good linear correlation in the range of 0.008-0.08 mg/m L(R2=0.9993), and methodology study met the requirements. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of this preparation.更多还原
