包覆工艺对亚麻/锦纶包覆纱针织物耐磨性能的影响

【摘要】 文章采用正交设计,选择不同包覆度、包覆方式和导丝钩距离,使用特细锦纶弹力丝对亚麻纱进行包覆,以解决亚麻纤维纱线表面毛羽多、耐磨差的问题,并探讨包覆工艺参数对亚麻/锦纶包覆纱针织物性能的影响。实验表明,锦纶包覆亚麻纱提升了产品的耐磨性,单包反包、双包方式比较合理,值得在实际生产中应用。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of high fuzzy and low abrasion resistance for flax yarn,the super fine polyamide elastic yarn was selected to cover the flax yarn.The orthogonality design was employed to discuss the effect of coating process on the flax/polyamide covered yarn knitted fabrics abrasion resistance property.Results showed that the abrasion resistance of flax yarn could be improved by covering polyamide elastic yarn,and the best cover method was antiform single-direction cover or two-direction cover,which could be well applied in the actual production.
