【摘要】 长江流域水资源监测信息服务系统是长江流域水资源监控管理信息平台的重要组成部分,系统建成后,将全面提高长江流域水资源监测信息的集中展示和统计分析能力。在分析流域水资源监测数据汇集现状和信息化需求的基础上,提出系统建设的技术路线、设计总体架构并设计了各功能模块。系统开发采用当前主流的J2EE和GIS技术,建立了监测数据汇集、展示、统计与预警服务的子系统。系统的建成将为长江流域实施最严格水资源管理制度提供充分的技术和数据支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Service System for Water Resources Monitoring Information of Yangtze River Basin is an important component of Monitoring and Management Platform for Water Resources of Yangtze River Basin and its establishment will comprehensively strengthen the water resources monitoring and management ability. On the basis of the analysis of the water resources monitoring data collection situation and informatization demand,the technical route and general structure design of the system construction are put forward and the functional modules are designed. The system is developed with the mainstream technologies of J2 EE and GIS and the sub- systems for monitoring data collection,data display,statistics and pre- alarm service are established.
