基于生态系统的浙江渔场管理研究

【摘要】 针对浙江渔场渔业资源衰退日趋严重,生态系统日趋恶化的现状,本文引入了对浙江渔场采用基于生态系统的管理(Ecosystem-based management,EBM)理念,阐述了基于生态系统的海洋管理基本概念、目标、原则和必要性。最后针对浙江渔场海洋生态现状,就如何实施基于海洋生态系统的管理提出几点建议。

【Abstract】 In view of the deterioration of marine fishery resources and ecosystem in Zhejiang fishing ground, we introduce the concept of marine Ecosystem-based management, and expound the basic concepts,objectives, principles and necessity of EBM on the Zhejiang fishing ground. In the end, some suggestions are put forward on how to carry out the EBM based on the current situation of the Zhejiang fishing ground.
