地龙蛋白和牛磺酸的抗疲劳作用和免疫调节功能的研究
Effects of earthworm active protein and taurine on physical fatigue and immunologic function of mice
【摘要】 目的探讨地龙蛋白和牛磺酸对小鼠抗疲劳的作用及其对免疫功能的影响。方法采用小鼠负重游泳试验法测定负重游泳时间、运动后尿素氮含量、血乳酸曲线下面积和肝糖原含量,观察其对小鼠的抗疲劳作用;采用迟发型变态反应试验、碳廓清试验测定免疫指标,观察其对小鼠的免疫调节作用。结果地龙蛋白和牛磺酸能够显著延长高剂量小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.01),中剂量小鼠血清尿素氮水平显著降低(P<0.01)并增加肝糖原贮量(P<0.05);迟发变态反应试验中,中、高剂量组小鼠足跖增厚值显著增加(P<0.05),小鼠碳廓清试验,低、高剂量组碳廓清吞噬指数增加(P<0.05)。结论地龙蛋白和牛磺酸具有抗疲劳的作用,而且对细胞免疫和单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力具促进作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of earthworm active protein and taurine on physical fatigue and immunefunction of mice. Methods The loaded-swimming time, blood urea nitrogen after exercise, ROC curve of serum lactic acidand content of hepatic glycogen of the mice given earthworm active protein and taurine in loaded- swimming test weremeasured, the effect of earthworm active protein and taurine on physical fatigue and immune function of mice were analyzed bycarbon clearance test and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) test. Results Earthworm active protein and taurine couldsignificantly extend the loaded-swimming time of mice in high dose group(P<0.01), reduce the serum urea nitrogen(P<0.01)and increase hepatic glycogen reserves(P<0.05) in mice of middle dose group. Earth worm active protein and Taurine couldincrease the foot metatarsus thickened value(p<0.05)in mice of middle and high dose groups and enhance α indices in carbonclearance test in mice of low and high dose group(P<0.05). Conclusion Earthworm active protein and taurine could improvephysical fatigue, increase cell immunologic function and promote the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage in mice.
