钛-钢复合板失效原因分析
Failure Analysis on Titanium-Steel Composite Plate
【摘要】 采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、断口检验、金相分析及电镜观察等方法对钛-钢复合板复层与基体脱离的原因进行了分析。结果表明,爆炸复合过程中碰撞能量过高导致复合板界面上形成大块状钛-铁化合物,其为硬脆相,造成复层与基体的结合力降低而失效。
【Abstract】 Causes of clad separating from substrate in a titanium-steel composite plate were investigated by means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical property measurement,fracture test,metallographic examination and electron microscopic observation. The results indicated that bulk compound,a hard and brittle phase,formed at the clad-substrate interface due to excessively high impact energy during the explosive cladding,leading in less strong combination of the clad with the substrate,and thus becoming invalid.
