【摘要】 目的 探讨一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术的学习曲线问题,为其推广提供参考。方法 回顾性分析2014年8至12月,由同一医师应用一次性包皮环切缝合器完成的连续50例包皮环切术患者的临床资料,按手术先后顺序分为A~E组,每组10例,比较各组的手术时间、术中出血量、术中和术后并发症发生率及外观满意率。结果 A、B组手术时间显著长于C、D、E组手术时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组间的术中出血量及并发症如出血需缝扎、裂开需缝合及中转常规包皮环切的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),术后并发症包括出血、感染、水肿、裂开发生率和术后外观满意率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术的学习曲线约为20例,此后手术操作及效果可达到较为稳定的程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the learning curve of the technique of disposable circumcision suture device for circumcision and offer reference for clinical expansion.Methods Clinical data of 50 consecutive of circumcision using disposable circumcision suture device by the same surgeon from August 2014 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were assigned to Group A to E according to operation time sequence,10 cases in each group.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,the rate of intraoperative and postoperative complication,the rate of patient satisfaction were comparatively analyzed among the 5 groups.Results The operation time of group A and Bwas significantly longer than that of group C,D and E,respectively(P<0.05),but intraoperative blood loss,the rate of the intraoperative complication such as active bleeding and dehiscence of incisions which needed to suture or convertion to traditional circumcision among the 5 groups had no statistically difference(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the rate of postoperative complication such as massive hemorrhage,infection,edema,disruption of wound and satisfaction(P>0.05).Conclusion The learning curve of the technique of disposable circumcision suture device for circumcision is about 20 cases for a well-trained surgeon.更多还原
