AspenPlus软件在模拟沼气脱碳制取车用燃气中的应用
The Application of Aspen Plus in the Technical Study of Making Vehicle Fuels from Biogases
【摘要】 本文通过Aspen Plus模拟软件对沼气用MDEA(N-甲基二乙醇胺)法脱除二氧化碳净化制取车用燃气的工艺过程进行模拟计算,通过软件灵敏度分析可以得出本文最佳吸收液温度为30℃、最佳的溶液循环量为2.5t/h、吸收液的最佳浓度选择为17%、原料气进口温度对于净化气中CO2浓度的影响较小,通过对工艺流程的模拟,可以为下一步制取生物天然气的实验研究提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Aspen Plus was employed to simulate the processes of making fuel gases for automobiles by de-carbonization and purification of biogases under MDEA.The temperature gradients of the absorption tower and regeneration tower were obtained by simulation.The software sensitivity analysis showed that the optimal temperature of absorbing liquid is 30℃,the optimal solution circulation is 2.5t/h and the optimal concentration of absorbing liquid is 17%;The inlet temperature of the feed gas has not much impact on the CO2 concentrations of the purified gas.The simulation of the technical process will provide a theoretical basis for the experimentation on making fuel gases from biogases.
