双马来酰亚胺改性环氧胶粘剂的研制
Preparation of epoxy adhesive modified by bismaleimide
【摘要】 针对环氧树脂耐湿热性差和脆性大的缺点,采用热固性聚酰亚胺BMI和DDS改性双酚A型环氧树脂E-51,以DDM为固化剂,加入促进剂CA-30,制得一种双组分的高强度双马来酰亚胺改性环氧胶粘剂(ABE胶粘剂),并对ABE胶粘剂进行了热性能、力学性能和介电性能的研究。结果表明,优化的双马来酰亚胺改性环氧胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度达到22.4 MPa,吸水性为0.47%,并且具有较长的贮存时间和良好的介电性能。
【Abstract】 The two-component modified epoxy adhesive(ABE adhesive) consisting of the biphenyl A type E-51 epoxy resin,which was modified with 4,4’-bismaleimide diphenyl methane(BMI) and diamino diphenyl sulphone(DDS),diamino diphenyl methane(DDM) as the curing agent and CA-30 promoter was prepared to improve the hydrothermal performance and toughness of the epoxy adhesives.The thermal,mechanical and dielectric properties of the ABE adhesive were investigated.The results showed that the optimized MBI-modified epoxy adhesive had the tensile shearing strength of22.4 MPa,water absorption of 0.47%and good dielectric performance and storage stability.
