紫外光固化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成与应用研究
Synthesis and application of UV-curable waterborne polyurethane acrylate resin
【摘要】 采用丙酮法,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)与聚酯/聚醚混合多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料合成紫外光固化水性聚氨酯预聚体,经中和剂中和后制备固含量为30%的聚氨酯乳液。探究了紫外光固化聚氨酯乳液的性能以及光引发剂类型、用量以及中和剂对其光固化速率的影响。
【Abstract】 The title UV-curable waterborne PUA prepolymers were synthesized by acetone process using IPDI,Polyester/Polyether polyols,DMPA and HEMA as main materials. The solid content of the polyurethane emulsion was 30% after the neutralization. The properties of UV-curable waterborne PUA emulsion and the influence of type and amount of photoinitiator, neutralizing agents and drying time on its UV-curing rate were explored.
